# Currencies

In **Champz**, there are two distinct currencies that play a key role in your journey: **Spores** and **Truffles**.

Spores are the primary in-game currency that can be earned through activities such as **fighting**, **exploring**, and **foraging**. Spores can also be found in various treasures throughout the game. This currency is vital for day-to-day activities and progression, including:

* **Healing** or **reviving** your characters after battles.
* **Leveling up** your Champz, helping them grow stronger.
* **Equipping** your characters with new gear.
* Participating in the **Spores Auction House**, where you can buy or sell items.

Additionally, **Spores can be burned** to earn a spot on the **Spores Leaderboard**, where the top players can receive special rewards. The Spores burn can be accesed via your spores Balance or you Wallet symbol.

Truffles are the **premium currency** in the game and are used for special functions and enhanced gameplay features. You can use Truffles for:

* **Rerolling character attributes** for better stats.
* **PvP wagers**, where you can stake Truffles in competitive player-versus-player battles.
* The **Truffle Marketplace**, where premium items and consumables can be bought or sold.
* Exchanging it for **ETH** (requires the player to hold at least 25,000 $CHAMPZ)

Truffles can be obtained in several ways, including:

* Through **treasures** and **defeating the Leprechaun** (requires the player to hold at least 25,000 $CHAMPZ) in the game.
* Via the **daily quest system**, provided your wallet holds **$CHAMPZ**.
* **Purchasing Truffles for ETH** (refer to the Truffles page for more details).

With both Spores and Truffles, you’ll be able to maximize your gameplay experience, taking part in a variety of activities, from leveling up your Champz to engaging in high-stakes PvP battles!
